The following conditions must be met to open an account on the v7v73 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must register with accurate and truthful information — providing incorrect or false information may result in account cancellation.
• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is prohibited.
• If multiple members of the same household use the platform from one device or network, v7v73 must be informed in advance.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential; they must not be shared with anyone else.

For verification purposes, v7v73 may request a national ID card or other identity documents at any time. v7v73 reserves the right to suspend certain activities until verification is complete.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If your login details are exposed to an unauthorised person or your account is hacked, notify our support team immediately.

• Use a strong password to keep your account secure.
• Avoid logging in from public devices or unsecured networks.
• We recommend changing your password regularly.
• v7v73 will never ask for your password by email or chat.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the v7v73 platform and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraudulent activity, use of software, or any automated system.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or bugs in the platform.
• Harassment or inappropriate behaviour towards other users.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, v7v73 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit associated funds without prior warning.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before requesting account closure, ensure there are no approved funds remaining in your wallet.

v7v73 may close an account on its own initiative for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months).
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• The need to comply with applicable laws or regulations.

v7v73 offers a welcome bonus for new users. The following conditions apply to receiving and using the bonus:

• Bonus rate: 200% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus — total balance ৳42,000.
• Wagering requirement: 10x, on the bonus amount only.
• Wagering example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.
• The bonus applies to the first deposit only and each account may receive this offer once.

The following general rules apply to all bonus offers:

• Bonuses must be used by you personally — they cannot be transferred to another person.
• If a withdrawal is requested after receiving a bonus without meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus may be cancelled.
• The specific terms of each promotional offer will be stated on the offer page or in the promo message.
• v7v73 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If an attempt is made to obtain bonuses through multiple accounts or manipulation, the bonus and any associated winnings will be fully forfeited.

The v7v73 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular play. The specific benefits and cashback terms for each tier may change and v7v73 will notify you in advance.

VIP membership may be cancelled due to inappropriate behaviour or breach of terms.

v7v73 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages, including but not limited to: loss of profit, loss of data, or damages caused by service interruption.

In no event shall v7v73's maximum liability exceed the amount of principal funds currently held in your account.

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We always strive to resolve issues fairly and promptly.

• If no agreement is reached between both parties, the matter may be referred to arbitration through a neutral third party.

During an ongoing dispute, the relevant account or funds may be temporarily suspended.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These terms constitute the entire agreement between v7v73 and the user and replace all prior oral or written understandings.

If v7v73 does not enforce any particular term, that shall not be considered a waiver of that term.
